Juel Fairbanks Chemical Dependency Services held its first annual Open House and fundraiser on November 17, 2011. It was a time to honor friends, supporters, board members, staff and clients. Guests enjoyed food and drink provided by Black Bear Crossings and shopped for early holiday gifts at the silent auction. The evening opened with prayer and a pipe ceremony led by Jerry Dearly.
